Abstract
Memorandum persefahaman ini dibuat pada 28 haribulan Mac 2023 di antara kerajaan Malaysia, yang bagi tujuan Memorandum Persefahaman ini diwakili oleh Hospital Tumpat di bawah Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia yang beralamat di Hospital Tumpat, Jalan Kelaburan, 16200 Tumpat, Kelantan sebagai satu pihak dan Universiti Teknologi MARA 1976 [Akta 173] yang beralamat di 40450, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia ini disebut sebagai "UiTM" sebagai satu pihak yang lain.
