Abstract
Students will be taught on matters involving tender and contract which Architects must be conversant with. The course covers on the tendering documents and procedure, as well as reviews common forms of building contract focusing on the Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM) Form of Contract, so as to familiarize students with the duties, responsibilities and power of an architect when administering a building contract.
