ARK805: Dissertation / Faculty of Architecture, Planning & Surveying

This course offers the opportunity to conduct independent research in a chosen area of interest. Students are to apply research techniques and demonstrate their analytical and communication skills by investigating a topic of interest and of relevance to the discipline of architecture. A topic may be chosen from a range of research themes such as Advanced Construction Techniques, Environmental Assessment, Urbanism, Behavioural Studies, History & Criticism, and Digital Architecture. The length of the dissertation shall be not less then 8000 words.
