AAR680: Design VI / Faculty of Architecture, Planning & Surveying

The course investigates the design of building of medium complexity that represents public architecture and identify design problems / constraints that require integrated solutions. Students will work as independently as possible from the formulation of design brief and tackling issues on client-architect relationship, social and user-human behaviour. Aspects of physical requirements, building image, technology and sustainability will also be considered, leading to the production of Design Drawings and Technical Drawings with specific details/technical studies of the completed design.
