Abstract
This course will interactively engage students with the selected industrial horticultural crops based on their uses and economic important. Student will be learned about the production of selected industrial horticultural crop that has a potential as a raw material for downstream processing products. Student will be expose about the uses of this industrial crops and students need to perform investigations via simulations and fieldwork exercise in verbally and writing.
