Abstract
Litter is waste disposed in the wrong place by unlawful human action and can vary in size of incident, occurrence and items. The aim of this paper is to study the Littering at the business area at lndah Permai, we are only focusing the objectives which is to analyze littering behavior in lndah Permai business area and to examine the relationship of law enforcement of anti-littering by-law with cleanliness in lndah Permai Business area. The types of sampling used was convenient sampling which mean that total sample of 196 respondent in lndah Permai business area were selected for this study. The instrument used was the distribution of questionnaires to the respondent for business area lndah Permai. After collecting data from the questionnaires which has been answered, the data was analysed using the SPSS whereby the data will be analysed using both descriptive (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (mean and Chi-Square). The findings show that there are relationships between level of attidute of people towards littering with the level of education. In conclusion, the level of attitude was associated with the level education lndah Permai, meanwhile there are no relationship with the level of enforcement law with the cleanliness in lndah Permai.
