Abstract
One of the main objectives of building design is to ensure the provision of continuous comfort for occupants in spite of adverse and variable external conditions. In term of daylighting, air quality, air movement and noise, the natural human external conditions are surprisingly similar in all habitable climates and, for much of the time, provide acceptable conditions for human comfort and activity. A building should provide a suitable environment for people or for equipment. As well as place for transitions such as the Pudu Raya stations and Hentian Putra stations must provided good facilities because it will give a different perspective and points of view from the society about the comfort environment. People's interaction with their environment is very complex, however, and defining comfort to everyone's satisfaction is nearly impossible. First, comfort is a subjective feeling and is impossible to measure. Second, one person's comfort may be another person's discomfort. The ideal temperature for one person may be too warm or too cool for another.
