Abstract
In chapter one (1), it comprised 10 subtopics. It begun with the introduction that provides an overview about the chapter as a whole and ended with the conclusion. The second subtopic was background. Background is a unit that narrates about preliminary explanation on our research study. Followed by the problem statement as the third subtopic, it explained about arising problem that need to be addressed in which drive us to carry the research. Next was a research questions. Research questions included only questionable and relevant questions in the research study. Research questions were interconnected to the research objectives, which was in subtopic 1.5. Research objectives were a list of objectives that would fulfil the research questions. In subtopic 1.6, there was research hypothesis. Research hypothesis was a number of preliminary assumptions on an issue in the research study. The hypothesis would only be proven by the results of our finding. Subtopic 1.7 was the significance of the research study. It was about to whom or what organisations our research study would make benefit. The scope of study fell on subtopic 1.8. The scope of study is a limitation that specifies the boundaries of certain elements in our research studies. In order to gain better understanding on our research study, there would be a subtopic 1.9, the definition of terms. Major terms that were vital in our research would be explained precisely in this subtopic. Lastly, would be the chapter summary that would sum up the whole of the chapter of this research proposal.
