Abstract

Malaysia's open-door policy has resulted in an influx of international employees of all nationalities. This is due to the abundance of work possibilities in our nation's varied industries, including manufacturing, construction, agriculture, and plantations. However, when more foreigners moved to Malaysia, they faced a number of challenges and disadvantages that made it difficult for them to remain there, including economic stagnation, political injustice, and worker exploitation. To close this gap, a qualitative study analysis was carried out to determine the challenges and problems these international employees had while working in Malaysia. The results of the study have revealed all the details and challenges that are relevant. In order to address this problem, government involvement is very important in political, economic and social terms in line with international standards of practice in managing foreigners in Malaysia.
