Abstract
This study was carried out to investigate the factors influencing cybercrime among higher institutions students in Malaysia. The awareness level, peer influence, technology inclination and economic situation were the factors identified in this research study. The research goal of this study is to investigate the link between all the factors that influencing cybercrime among higher institutions students in Malaysia. By using Quantitative Sampling technique, a total 273 respondents were given a series of questions to complete online. The respondents are primarily Malaysians. All responses from respondents be broke down using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 to examine the link between these four characteristics and factors influencing cybercrime among higher institutions students in Malaysia. All the previous studies were shown to have a positive significant association with the factors influencing cybercrime among higher institutions students in Malaysia.
