Application of ecological sustainability at MADA homestays of Kampung Pulau Pisang, Jitra, Kedah towards eco-green tourism/ Muhammad Syafiq Kamarudin

Sustainability ecological is a concept that promotes equality and human nature. An idea of sustainability is to create a balance with the needs of the ecological, social and economic. In addition, the concept of eco-tourism is a form of green tourism, ecology and green technology involving between humans and the environment aimed at low-impact tourism and small-scale leisure industry. Therefore, in line with the approach taken for the use of ecological sustainability in homestay program is justified because it is the product of the leisure industry through the Ministry of Tourism that has been given by government. Indirectly, it introduced a homestay program for eco-tourism attractions that can add resources in the economy is increasing every year. Thus, the concept of homestay, and experience life away from the owner of the house itself. Indirectly tourists the opportunity to experience the unique atmosphere, lifestyle and activities of the rural communities in the villages. Today we need to be preserved and saved from the negative effects of the current. It is for the needs of future generations.
