Abstract
Trade is well known as an engine of economic growth for a country. A number of studies have investigated the determinants of exports in Malaysia. The aim of this study is to investigate various factor that influencing on export in Malaysia. The study will explain more about relationship between export in Malaysia and independent variable for 30 years. The independent variable is Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Exchange rate, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Gross National Savings (GNS) and Domestic Value Added (DVA). This study uses Econometric Views (E-Views) 10 in analysing the data. The study find that Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Gross National Savings (GNS) and Domestic Value Added (DVA) are significant factors that influence export in Malaysia.
