Abstract

Developing countries such as Malaysia are becoming a major concern regarding reducing building waste. According to Yahaya and Larsen, (2008), the issue of illegal dumping has raised rapidly across the country. This is due to the understanding that effective site management is an important key to achieve project performance indicators such as time, cost, quality, waste and safety targets Mustapha and Naoum, (1998). A proper site management truction site management. A good site management with adequate planning in regards to housekeeping Shazwan et. al, (2017). The aim of this research is to study best practices of Construction Site Management of High-Rise Residential Building in Kuching Sarawak. The three main objectives in this research is to understand the importance of best practices of proper construction site management techniques of High rise building in Kuching. Second objective is to identify the problem faced in improper construction site management of High-rise building. The third objective is to identify the strategy of best practice of construction site management of High-Rise building.
