Abstract

Every entrepreneur and businessman wishes to achieve a successful business. In order to achieve this success, entrepreneurs and businessmen should gain a lot of knowledge, determination and also hard work of themselves. BlinkywithNuna is an online platform accessories business that our main objective is to give the satisfaction of customers to feel extra stylish when wearing our products. Our business was established on 30th April 2022 which is when we started posting a teaser as our soft opening launch. We choose to start this online business because we want to offer and help people in adding more colors and fashion in their daily life. As we only operate our business through social media, which is Facebook, thus we do not have to bear the expenses of renting a place. We decided to contribute RM180 each person as our initial capital.
Our product offers stylish accessories yet affordable prices as we can see that the majority of women like to wear accessories in their daily life. Our business is selling pearl-based bracelet and mask extenders where our specialty is using original freshwater pearls. As it is feminine fashion product, our target market is especially for women. It is also targeted to other people who want to add more style when they are wearing their mask outside. We do not target any specific area because our customers can be from anywhere and any part of Malaysia as long as they are seeking pearl-based accessories. Negotiation on the discounts is always acceptable in order to achieve customers’ satisfaction. This strategy will attract customers’ attention as we value the customers’ wants and needs.
Since nowadays many people spend most of their time online and they like to shop online, hence, it allows us to reach our prospects easily and gives us more opportunity to increase our business awareness. We also realize that through managing our Facebook page, we are able to learn on how to make posts for our business products either by doing teasers, hard sell copywriting and soft sell copywriting.
Last but not least, we can guarantee our customers’ satisfaction with our products as we choose very carefully on materials’ quality for our products in order to keep our products as simple as possible but at the same time, fashionable as well. We will also try and work hard in order to achieve all of our targets in the future by expanding and conducting our business well in social media as well as improving our marketing strategy.
