Abstract
This study examines the relationship between dividend per share and earnings per share in annual financial statement with Malaysian stock market return. This study consider data from 2011 to 2015 and comprise of 30 different companies listed in Bursa Malaysia. Therefore, this investigation are made using the data that collected and examine through a panel data. The result found both Dividend per share and Earning per share is positively significant with the stock return.
