Abstract

The products discussed in this report are in the food and beverage category. More specifically, the food category. Brotherhood Cake is the name of the business. Our business was a partnership between Aiman Haiqal and Izzat Ifwat. The business focuses on online marketing via the Facebook (FB) application. Chocolate Moist Cake, Red Velvet Cheesecake, Blueberry Cheesecake, Pandan Cheesecake, and Vanilla Cheesecake are among the desserts sold by Brotherhood Cake. We love how our product is being recognized by the community and bringing joy to our loyal customers. Our goal in selling this product is to focus on the high demand for desserts. Despite the fact that there are many competitors to compete with, Malaysians will always compare to see which taste best satisfy their sweet tooth. We are always concerned with the customer in all aspects, so Brotherhood Cake places a high value on the quality of the ingredients used in the production of cakes that taste luxurious, rich, and beautiful in every bite. Our business was established on May 31, 2022, and we began by creating a Facebook page for our business in order to begin selling our product. We are also registered with Go-ecommerce. Go-eCommerce is a platform that provides detailed guides for micro entrepreneurs and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) looking to expand their businesses through digital platforms. Following that, we began to post a teaser for our product, followed by a hard sell and a soft sell. These various forms of advertising aim to attract customers while keeping the sales content interesting. Our Facebook page began to gain popularity, and our product began to receive positive feedback from customers, as well as recognition from the local community for our brand and product. To summarize, all of our products are marketable because they are affordable and satisfying to our loyal customers, and we hope to expand our business to other states and possibly other countries in the future.
