Abstract
This paper represented an investigation on factors and effects of Malay Traditional House Renovation and Extension in. In Malaysia, the earlier dwelling started with the built up of kampong house or famously known as Malay Traditional House which not only dwell by Malay people but also other races. As known by all, this type of houses are differ with any other type of house especially modern house nowadays. It possessed unique structure, design and architectural style. The Malay Traditional House actually need to be preserve because those houses have their own history and valuable aesthetic value which important for the future generations
