Abstract

"Baju kurung" is something that every woman must have, no matter old or young. This is because it can be worn anytime and anywhere. We chose to be the dropship of a “Baju Kurung” company named Dhia Cotton. This is because the company offers various types of "Baju Kurung" and it is just free for anyone who wants to be a drop ship to the company. Our business is named “Cushy.Cottonlab” or its abbreviation “CC”. We chose to name our business by that name because our business offers Baju Kurung which is a very soft cotton fabric that is "Cushy" and will provide comfort to all wearers. This is because our business not only sells to adult women but also to children and men. So, this dress is very appropriate. In addition to our business offering cotton fabric, we also sell a kind of ironless Baju Kurung, so it is very overtime to wear. While the word "lab" indicates all the clothes we sell directly from the factory.
The main reason why we choose to sell clothes from Dhia Cotton company is that this company offers various types of Baju Kurung that can attract various customers regardless of age or young and also the price set for a piece of Baju Kurung is affordable. Dhia Cotton Company is one of the successful companies selling clothing in Malaysia. The company also offers matching clothes for every member of the family, so it is very beautiful when worn by the whole family. Baju Kurung Cotton and Baju Kurung Ironless are our main focus in doing our business but we also sell other types of clothing as well. This is because our main purpose for selling to customers is students, teachers, and mothers because they use Baju Kurung the most as their clothing.
We use the Facebook platform which is our focus in doing our marketing. This is to make it easier for customers to choose the clothes they want. Next, customers who contact us through the WhatsApp application that has been provided because we have provided our phone number on the Facebook page. So that will facilitate the purchasing activity. So, we use a language that is easy to understand by all levels of society is we use two languages namely Malay and English. The language we use is also not so bombastic as to make it difficult to understand but we use words or sentences that are commonly used by people. We started the business on the eve of "Hari Raya Aidilfitri", so our company has been offering promotional prices throughout the business activities we do. So, customers who buy with us are to wear for them while celebrating “Hari Raya Aidilfitri”.
