This study introduces a new idea and concepts in improving a better a concept in order to get a parking space. Vision: to make a better life mission: 1) to ensure this parking marker is being implemented around the world. 2) to reduce stress among drivers for the sake of searching an empty parking space at shopping mall problem that we have found: everybody must have been experienced to find a parking space for their vehicles before, so we as young investors want to help the society to solve this problem regarding parking space in a very short time. Time is precious to be wasted searching for a parking space at indoor or outdoor parking especially during peak hours especially on weekends in the shopping mall. Sometimes, the sensors are not functioning well and it is difficult to see from a distance. This study focusses on outdoor parking lots. Solutions: we are introducing “parking marker” at outdoor parking areas to solve the crucial problem to the society. The concept of the parking marker is to give the drivers a sign when there is an empty parking space. Besides that, it can alert the drivers or the passengers who can see this unit marker from any distance. This idea will save the driver’s time, the maintenance cost will be reduce compared to using the sensor. The materials used can be easily found in Malaysia and we do not have to import and employ foreign specialists to install this parking marker because of the cost is lower than sensor. Nowadays we only can see the big and established shopping mall implementing the sensor for the parking space. Now, even the small shops can afford to use the parking marker. Moreover the company that uses the parking marker will save cost and the business will grow rapidly because it can make the customers come more frequently and feel more comfortable to shop without stress. Advantages: 1) time consume reduce the time consume to search an empty parking space. 2) fuel consumption reduce the consumption of fuel for the vehicles 3) traffic waiting time can be reduce if the parking spaces are being fill with cars easily. All the parking spaces are utilized. 4) Environment the materials used does not harm the environment. 5) friendly-users this marker is very friendly-users to the drivers because it is easy to use and will not give a burden to them.
