Abstract
This research will discuss on the disabled rights in the Low Cost Carrier Terminal Sepang and the availability of laws governing it. We will study die availability of local laws that confer the rights of access to the disabled people. We will also conduct social and legal researches to identify the real problems. Besides a comparative study between Malaysia, United States of America, European Union, India and Australia will be conducted. Observations in Low Cost Carrier Terminal Sepang will also be done so as to identify the problems that deny the rights of access to the disabled. At the end of the research we will provide conclusion on the recommendations of matters that should be included in the regulation of a low cost carrier terminal and for this matter, issue on cost-implementation needs to be discussed.
