Design study on façade of high-deck bus using FRP composite / Mohammad Yusof Shaharuddin … [et al.]

Nowadays, there are many design that been produced by bus manufacture. The design however not focusing on the aesthetic only, but it must fulfil all the criteria aspect needed like the materials and aerodynamically efficient design. The statistic from Road Safety Department of Malaysia shows that the buses that are involved in accident are increasingly from 2005 until 2007. There are many factors of bus incident such as human behaviour factor, design, specification and others but in this work, we proposed to limit only the design factor elements. The primary area of interest is about the façade design of the hi-deck bus. Based on the existing design, there are variety important aspects that need to be focusing on.
