Institution of Higher Learning ( IHL ) is known as higher level of education or college and university in Malaysia. This higher education made Industrial Training as their compulsory requirement for students in certain programs at all levels. Industrial Training in civil engineering field defined as a course which give an exposure for students about the real - life experiences for engineering works and opportunity to get involved in related project before graduation. In order to fulfill the requirement of Industrial Training, a government organization named as Jabatan Kerja Raya ( JKR ) Kata Tinggi was chosen as a placement place. There are some criteria assign by faculty need to be followed by students in order to pass this course. One of the main criteria is students need to complete their Industrial Training report within a given time. Industrial Report is known as a detail report regarding student activity and what had been learn during the Industrial Training. This report consist of four chapter which is introduction to JKR company, weekly summary, technical report and conclusion about the Industrial Training. Some research from internet and staff was made about JKR company. JKR establishment, background and other details will be found inside this report. All of the activity starting from day 1 until the last day was summarize into a weekly summary. The summary are made based on the Industrial Training logbook which all of the activity recorded and checked by supervisor. Along my internship at JKR Kata Tinggi, I was placed at building department for the first month and transferred to road department at the second month. Technical report is the major portion as it tells about some project I have studied on both building department and road department with significant aspect. On the last chapter, I have summarized all of things have been gained after being at JKR Kata Tinggi. There are also several suggestion listed in this report about this Industrial Training for the upcoming season. I feel honoured to complete this report as it help to increase my knowledge, courage and experience and I hope my report give beneficial to others
