Lecturer Committee Management System (LCMS) / Nurul Husna Amalina Nor Adzmi

Currently, there are having difficulties in assign post to lecturer. Beside, time consuming in order to trace the current post of lecturer. Then, KPP and KF did not aware regarding the post assigning to the lecturer. In addition, lecturer did not aware about assigning their post. In the Lecturer Committee Management System (LCMS), it can assign post to lecturer and to track lecturer involvement history in committee. The method use in the development of LCMS is Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. After development, the expert evaluation and user evaluation have been conducted. As for the expert there are a few question that have been asked in order to improve the usability and functionality of the LCMS. For the user, there are six construct provided in order to evaluate LCMS. The result show that respondent agree LCMS is easy to use with the highest mean is 4 (SD=0.41). Lastly, as for the future enhancement to LCMS, not only Head of Unit can assigned post to the lecturer but as well as KPP and KFF. In addition, lecturer can get the notification about post assigned via phone.
