Abstract

John Maxwell in his book, put it like this: It does not matter if someone is a superior in the organisation; being a leader means something different. Everyone, in his or her own manner, is a leader. The critical function of leadership in an organisation is to shape a vision, mission, goals, determination, and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures.
Most people believe that in order to be a leader, one must hold a high-ranking position within an organisation. Nonetheless, an individual is a leader in his or her own right. This time, we’ll take a look at our roles as family leaders. How crucial is family leadership? Family leadership will shape how the next generation perceives families, what they do, and what we hope they achieve.
