John Maxwell in his book, put it like this: It does not matter if someone is a superior in the organisation; being a leader means something different. Everyone, in his or her own manner, is a leader. Most people believe that in order to be a leader, one must hold a high-ranking position within an organisation. Nonetheless, an individual is a leader in his or her own right.
