Abstract

For some people, mail is very important to them. They work depending on the customer's mail. For example, Lawyer, Banker, Online Business and Writer they need a feedback letter from their client for feedback purposes. It will be the backbone to move forward and to ensure their business is doing well. Nowadays cellular is one of the most important system that is being used for connecting people. GSM is a cellular network, which means that mobile phones are being connected together by searching for cells in the immediate vicinity. GSM is the most popular standard for mobile telephony systems in the world. Sometimes people forgot to check their mailbox either at home or in the office. Maybe the mail that the people forgot to collect in their mailbox is an important document. Therefore it is important to be alert if there is any letters, documents or any mail in the mailbox. This project is mainly about a system based on real monitoring system to ensure that any documents are being collected in the mailbox. The Intelligent Letter Box is a normal mailbox with a system where it will automatically inform the owner of the house that they got a mail at home. The Intelligent Letter Box will leave a message via (SMS) short message system to the number that have been registered. A sensor from one point to other point is always connected to each other and will act as a sensor to trace the mail. Once the mail are being detect by the detection system it will send a short message system (SMS) via GSM to the number that have been recorded in the system. Therefore, the owner will automatically notify that they got a mail at home, office or etc
