Abstract
This research study was about human resource recruitment system in the public sector which was specifically to the Sabah state government. This state government delegated its recruitment authority to the state Public Service Commission. The Sabah state Public Service Commission started to use the Electronic Recruitment (E-Recruitment) system since 2008. This study covered the online recruitment system used and also the effectiveness of this system to the state government department. Few departments under state government become respondents to study about the effectiveness. Through our respondent from Sabah State Public Service Commission, we able to study about the online recruitment system done by this agency. While from few state government department respondents, majority agreed that system used by Sabah State Public Service Commission are effective on ensuring better supply of human resource to the state government.
