PDK data bank system (Bank Data Pembangunan Pejabat Daerah Kulim) / Nurul Syakila Mat Saad

This paper aims to introduce the Information systems (1S) that promote adoption of market mechanisms and contribute to enhance managerial understanding in terms of organizational development and business success. The effectiveness management control system will allows organizations to integrate operational effectiveness, employee creativity and organization competitiveness. Many people agree that through knowledge management technologies can enable knowledge integration and also contribute to efficiencies in organizations. This paper is to determine what existing system is and what the problem that has been faced by District Officer, Headman and Public/Other Organization. This paper also wants to find out what requirements that are needed by Headman and client of Kulim District Office. The methodology that are used is based on the interview session with Kulim District Office staff and by the observation session, whereas the company really needs this system based on the user requirements because the Headman need to reduce their time and need to fulfll the District Officer, the client and other user requirement. So, a simple system has been proposed known as "BANK DATA PDK SYSTEM (Bank Data Pembangunan Pejabat Daerah Kulim)".
