Abstract
The business has been decided on the form of partnership. The partnership means here it is collaborations among members to form a successful business. THE HOUSE OF EMBROIDERY consists of five members. Each members will contributes certain amount of money as agreed in our agreement. This business will start on 1st January 2015. To explain more about the management of The House of Embroidery, all partners are entitled to participate in the business management of The House of Embroidery. We have agreed and decide that Lennie Anak Ahson will become the General Manager and Marketing Manager is Patricia Oreliana Anak Neber. For Operational Manager, we decided to appoint Nurfarhana Binti Sapian, Nurrul Fildza Fatin Binti Rahman as our Administration Manager and lastly Nurmarahain Binti Abdull Rahman will become our Financial Manager.
