Abstract
Ipoh Administrative development is closely related to the area of administration of Ipoh. This is clearly evident from the historical moments that ultimately upgrade Ipoh as the city and the state capital of Perak Darul Ridzuan. Until the 1890s, Kinta River Utama between Ipoh with other regions and abroad Perak general. After 1874, the development of the area is very humid, especially problem communion through the Kinta River.In 1889, the hospital was built in Ipoh and is followed by a new hospital built in the area between the railway station and the Central Police Station and various construction such as houses and buildings made of stone, government staff quarters, and schools, drain updated and made the region's landscape.Ipoh has become a city the largest in the state and the second largest in the Federated Malay States in 1895. At the same time, relations between Ipoh roads with other places in the Kinta Valley corrected. The wooden bridge was opened in 1890 across the Kinta River was replaced with an iron bridge in 1990. In addition, public services and facilities are also provided. Water and sewerage providers improved.While in the year 1946-1954, Kinta Town Board has been around for Beginners under the coordination of Major J.S. Drake. On May 31, 1962, Ipoh upgraded "Municipality" and knowing as Ipoh Municipal Council. On May 27, 1988, Paduka Seri Sultan Perak has been declared a city status to Ipoh, capital of Perak Darul Ridzuan.So, the core business of the company / organization are more to planning and development control, services, licensing, construction and other related to all aspects of the city. The costing construction for Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh (MBI) is RM 16 million.
