Abstract

Food is an essential need and important thing to everybody's life. Realizing the significant of the fact, we are come to organize a business based on food product which is cheese. The usages of cheese are rapidly increased year by year. Nowadays, cheese is increasingly demanded by the level of age, from kids to adult because of its taste. Moreover, it comes to variety of shape. Cheese is another types of dairy product which made by milk. There are hundreds types of cheese that exist all over the world. It can be classified according to its firm which is semi soft, cheese, hard cheese, specialty cheese, low fat cheese, fresh cheese, soft white cheese, and many more. Cheese can be used in food such as bun, bread, pasta, pizza, burger and so on. Our nature of business is manufacturing the cheese and we will sell to our consumer. We will distribute or sold our cheese to the bakeries as well as supermarkets around Kota Kinabalu area. We are the supplier as well as wholesaler and retailer to our consumer. Our proposed company will be located in Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park. The location that we chose is based on its location, a place for manufacturer. From our overview of this business, we assumed that we will survive and has the potential future prospect in food industry.
