Abstract
Oil palm seedling supply nowadays has been shifted forward according to its specific needs. With the growth of numerous oil plantations, seedling of the crop has become one the scarce commodity. Supplying of oil palm seedling turned into an industry in the country. This industry has many advantages such as:
• Scarcity in supply
• Demand of the seedling is high both in and out of the state
• Profitability is positive
• Competition is excluded because the product is a necessity
• the product is not easily to perish
