Mathematics is one of the important subjects in learning process. Mathematics can help student in their daily life from many aspects such as in managing their daily transaction. Recently, in learning mathematics students usually will understand the mathematical facts, logics, concepts, principles and problem solving. However, this knowledge is hard to be capture simultaneously. This may cause a problem in the understanding of the mathematic concepts. Thus, the development of a Multimedia Tool to Assist Motivates PMR Student in Learning Mathematics(Fraction) is to help the students to get more understanding in learning mathematics. It has shown the simplest way to solve the equation of fraction. The development will use the multimedia tool to attract the students and to capture their attention while learning process.
