During the practical training in the Pembinaan Gabungan Pengusaha Rakyat Sdn Bhd or better known as GPR Construction Sdn Bhd, has a lot of skills and experience that I can learn here. All that I've learned here I will not forget. I was also exposed to the regulation, discipline and ethics in the company and while on the construction site. Some of the skills that I could work during the industrial training is a way to manage a project. Here I was given the opportunity to be in two places or two different situations. I was given the opportunity to be at the office and construction sites. Both of these places gave me different experiences. At office i do a lot of work counting quantity material used and to be used, except that I also have the opportunity to prepare a tender document for a new project. Here requires good communication and relationship with material suppliers. So we got a cheap price to get high profit. At site I do a lot of work site inspections and monitor employee time waterstop installation. Here I can learn one step to another step in the construction. All work done cannot continue to be right alone. It should be checked first. After passing then proceed. I was entrusted to make waterstop installation inspection attached properly. Besides, I was also tasked to meet with the main contractor to get the delivery order concrete and rebar. Overall this report describes in detail what the waterstop in construction.
