Abstract
The Malaysian Academy of SME & Entrepreneurship Develop-ment (MASMED) Universiti Teknologi MARA Cawangan Pulau Pinang had organised the Free Market from 14 to 15 April 2022 since the first two Free Markets were a great success. The theme for Free Market 3.0 was “Ramadhan Raya'' n conjunction with the month of Ramadhan. It was a great opportunity for individuals to get what they needed. All the items were given free of charge to needful individuals, at no charge and they just have to ask nicely. A total of twelve faculties and departments had joined this event, including the Akademi Pengajian Bahasa (APB).
