Industrialized Building System (IBS) for concrete (Case study at Clinic 1Malaysia Cure & Care Nationnal Anti-Drug Agency) / Muhammad Haziq Pauzi

My industrial training was at Public Work Department (PWD) Kota Bharu Kelantan for 4 months. Along my period practical training, I was trained to monitoring, checking and learning for maintenance work, construction work and road work. Fruitfully, my title for practical training report is about Industrialized Building System (IBS) for concrete. My case study is at Pengkalan Chepa Kota Bharu Kelantan which is upgrading Clinic 1Malaysia National Anti-Drug Agency. The total cost for this project is RM 7,815,123.6. The IBS installation needed when the project cost exceed more than 5 million ringgit Malaysia and it takes 10% for the total construction cost. Apparently, the sum of the cost for IBS components is about 800 thousand ringgit Malaysia. The components involved are precast column, precast beam and hollow core slab including 4 blocks. This project is expected to fully finish on 28/08/2016.
