The development of My Blood Personalize (MyBp) mobile application / Norshardila Ahmad Zainol

Currently, all the hospital and private agencies have recorded all their blood donation detail by using a system which connect to the National Blood Center in Kuala Lumpur.Through the system,its able the center to handle and manage systematically all their donor's donation record.Furthermore, for the donor,they have been provided with the Red Book which act as their own references about their blood donation history.But,the current method which using the Red Book is inefficient for the blood donor.This is because the Red Book is easy to be damage,lost and misplace.Its also not convenient for the donor because they tend to forgot to bring the book while having the donation.Thus,My Blood Personalize (MyBp) is develop in order to overcome this problem.The objective of the development is to identify the requirement of MyBp, to design the mobile application for MyBp and lastly to develop the application for MyBp.The scope of the development of MyBp is focus to the blood donor itself and the main function for this application is the blood donation record.The application also will be target for the android platform only.The significant of this application can be see towards the donor which they able to manage their blood donation history more secure,systematically and mobility.For the hospital itself,its easier for them to track the donation history and to identify the blood donor.In order to get the requirements for the applications interview was conducted with the staff who involve in the donation process and the result is analyst further following the MADLC methodology.Lastly, for the future works,some recommendation have been state in order to suggest the next developer to add the advance features in order to upgrade the application to be more interesting.
