At this time, school always uses the manual system such as books and files to record and store information. This scenario always happens in Sekolah Kebangsaan Bandar Tun Hussein Onn (2). As known, manual system has many weaknesses because it can be lost easily and waste time. Therefore, the schools need a systematic system to help their teachers from doing repeating works and consuming time. The system known as Teachers Resources Management System (TReMS) was developed to overcome manual system used by teachers. TReMS is developing consist student attendance list, teachers teaching record, student record and student co curriculum marks. Therefore, it has 5 modules that are user module for login system, student information, student co curriculum mark, student attendance list and teachers teaching record. By using TReMS, it can help teachers manage information. Waterfall methodology is been used to study a requirement to build TReMS system. As the result, TReMS is capable to record, store and retrieve student information, student co curriculum, student attendance and teaching record. Besides, TREMS also capable to search student co curriculum, count student co curriculum mark and the total of class attendance. This system is implementing MVC web architecture by using CakePHP framework. With the establishment of this system, it can help teachers from SKBTH 2 doing manually record again.
