Abstract

This research title is “THE FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE HEAT STRESS ON JOB PERFORMANCE AT ARBISMA LAND SDN BHD”. The researcher used ARBISMA LAND SDN BHD which is located in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu state the studied area in studying the employees feedback which is used in developing the findings. Today, construction industry is one of the major incomes of one nation. With these new concepts, the researcher faced some difficulties in gathering data due to the limited sources of information available. To achieve the result, the researcher has distributed 50 copies of questionnaire as the major tools in gathering data and the questionnaire are distributes to customer from studied area in period of February and June 2014. The researcher has used SPSS software to analyze the data. The findings clearly shown in this research which indicates there is a gap between employees on heat stress and job performance level. By closing up the gaps, the researcher finds that a company may increase the level of job performance among the employees
