Abstract

In this era globalization the waste energy or waste product has been consume but not recycle. For the time being there has been invent many machine that can recycle the waste product and energy. As we know, papers also are the waste product that we use in day life. Because of that, we decide to design and improvise a product that can recycle the waste paper.
This project is to easy the progress of recycling paper,this project was proposed to design an automatic paper shredder using Arduino UNO. The device developed combines mechanical and electrical system in controlling paper shredder machine .This device, basically consist AC(alternating current) motor, Arduino Uno, blade, LDR sensor. The blade controlled by AC motor which the blade will rotate forward and backward continuously. The Arduino circuit functions as to control the voltage used by this device. While IR sensor used to detect the paper that enter this device.
With this project and our design in this automatic paper shredder, we hope it can help to recycle paper and can save the environment.
