Abstract

Generally, this report is about the system of air conditioning system that has been used in the Hotel Perdana. This hotel is using the centralized air conditioning system with water-cooled system. Basically, this system contains three chillers, six Chilled Water Pump (CHWP), six Circulating Water Pump (CWP) and nine cooling towers. In this report, I’ve discussing on the installation of air conditioning system, the major problem occurred in the system and the maintenance job
that have been done on the system. There are few problems occurred which mainly on cooling towers. The problems that have been occurred have been
described in this report. I also include with several comments and recommendations from my state of view that can fix or improve the method maintenance of air conditions systems.
