Abstract

Building structure is oftenly having the problem which is not easy to prevent. The damage occur will effect the failure of concrete structure and dangerous to occupant in the building. On the other hand, the failure and damage on the building structure will give bad value to the building for example on their esthetic value. On this situation, the study are done to examine the source of damage and define the best tecnique to repairing this structure. The study is focus on the building which use the grouting work as their repairing method. The study only on the damage and failure of concrete on building structure where it is need the repairing method of grout. During the study of grouting work are done, the damage and failure of concrete structure can be judge as achieve the quit serfus level and it is anxious either to the occupant or to the public which use the way near the affected area. By doing so, without dismantling the all damage, grouting work can be performed. The grout will replace the lost core material and restore the structure. The type of grout can basically be divided into two sub groups: 1. Hardening grouts; 2. Flexible grouts.
