This practical training report is about the construction quality inspection based on QLASSIC standard. This report prepared by me based on all my experience and knowledge that I have gained for 4 months internship in the company. This practical training report consists of company background, literature review, case study background, problem, comments, recommendation and conclusion. From my point of view and the experience, the construction quality inspection’s report are very important because it will help the developer to rectify all the defects before the building have been assessed. They can repair all the defects and get a high scoring for QLASSIC Assessment. There are many elements and components that are important when do the inspection works. In this report, It
contains of introduction of Construction Quality Inspection and little bit brief on QLASSIC requirement, The procedure of inspection works, and defects that
found on every floor. Furthermore, there are many problem occurred during the inspection works on the construction project. I also give a comments and
recommendation to solve the problems on site project. In conclusion, construction quality inspections are very important in order to improve the quality of the
workmanship and follow that QLASSIC standard and it can give good perspectives in our country’s construction industry.
