Abstract
Goolaholic is a newly established business in 2019. Goolaholic indulge in chocolaty business that focus on producing chocolate in a jar or famously known as chocojar. Ana Aishah, the founder of Goolaholic starts this business all by herself from her home only. She does not have a fancy factory to produce and manufacture her product. She starts small by doing it all by herself from scratch. In the year 2020, when her business was a success, she rent a shop lot to produce her products there. She recruits dropship and agents all over Malaysia to sell her product. Mostly, Goolaholic's chocojar are marketed using social media chanel such as facebook and instagram. Goolaholic target customer range is very wide. Everybody loves chocolate whether its a kid or even the senior adults. As of now, Goolaholic has successfully produce 3 range of chocojar that varies in flavour. As of us, the dropship, we mostly marketed Goolaholic using Facebook and customer can click the whatsapp link provided to buy from us and we will pack and send to them via delivery.
