Proposed upgrading and new interior scheme for Wisma Majlis Sukan Negeri Perak at Lot 4438, Kompleks Sukan Kg Simee , Ipoh, Perak / Siti Nur Aslieda Rosly

Wisma Majlis Sukan Negeri Perak was previously housed in Perak's Government Secretary Building. On December 2006,it has been moved to Wisma Majlis Sukan Negeri Perak , Kompleks Sukan MBI. To portray a more accurate image of the company's dynamism and passionate, a new building design was necessary. Problems at existing site must be solved with produce the spaces that user's need like leisure area, locker, changing and shower room for athlete's and some areas at administration office. Several researches that have to be carried out and to accumulate such as much information needed. The case studies are also has been done to know the operation of the offices . Traffic flow, material finishes, lighting and others is recognized to make more easier in planning the new design. This project is to design an office and athlete's center with a new scheme with combination of a new concept, 'In creating the art of star' and modern contemporary images .In conclusion, this upgrading project could gives the satisfaction and comfortable to the athletes, coaches and the workers. So this will bring a good impression to others. In design hopefully will give benefits to all, either local or foreigner.
