Abstract

This project is all about proposed upgrading of Chalet Impian for Majlis Perbandaran Manjung at Teluk Batik, Lumut. There are two types of chalets which is standard room and family room. There is also an administration building that need to upgrade. The administration building was divided into ground floor and first floor.The location is very strategic because this site is located at Teluk Batik which is known as popular place among the tourist. It is most of visited place to everyone that visit Perak.The focus of this study is to create the welcoming environment. This project in belongs to Majlis Perbandaran Manjung, so that goverment has their on target to achieve the target market from year to year. According to this project, goverment decided to provide maximum facilities to the guest with new concept design which can make guest feel free to come again.
