Abstract

Generally, this report describes the practical information about all the processes and methods in the construction of shear walls in Projek Perumahan Rakyat (PPR). Practical training report is provided by the day to obtain all the information about the construction of shear walls in PPR about 4 months of practical training in JKR Hilir Perak. Practical training report begins with an explanation of the company's background and the background of the project. According to a study, there are several steps that should be taken during the construction of the shear wall is done. These steps should be followed to avoid any damage or defect occurs when the building is completed to build. Further, the report also explains about the materials used to build shear walls and equipment used during construction work done. In addition, there are several problems that can be encountered in construction work of shear wall such as factor of safety for workers. Also described in this report together with the appropriate measures for the solution. As a conclusion, this practical training reports can expound on shear wall construction from beginning to end.
