Within practical period, all students must complete assignments as tasks for a whole semester. That tasks such as log book and report must completed at the end of practical training. I am very fortunate because my practical training supervisor who is the Project Manager of Aspirasi Viana Development Sdn, Bhd, Mohd Hafizuddin Bin Mazlan is a very experience person and he majors in site management. At the site I spend a lot of time to help the company in managing the operation. My scope of work includes check claims, check the architect defect, defect M&E, bill of quantities, preparing minutes meeting, report progress, attend technical meeting, and visit another site project. In addition, I learn how to manage claims from a client based on the progress report and payment to the sub-contractors and suppliers. I choose the mechanical & electrical system for the high rise building as a topic assignment because I want to explored and learn about the mechanical & electrical system for high rise building including their system and operation that was covered for the building, and another reasons why I choose this topic because the content in this topic will give more detail information about the mechanical & electrical system from the beginning to the end of the M&E works.
