This paper study about the Factors That Cause Bankruptcy and How It Affect Economic Growth. The study aims to investigate the relationship between Bankruptcy and Economic Growth. The sample of data been collected from the Malaysia Department Insolvency (MDI), Bank Negara annual reports and from the past research. The year of data from 2000-2019. The variables that involves are Bankruptcy, Liquidation Individual loan data and Corporate loan data. The method that been used is OLS or Multiple Regression Analysis. The expected findings are to see if the Bankruptcy and Economic Growth has a one way relationship and gives positive significant results. The study will contribute the government ways to resolve the bankruptcy problems in the country.
