Abstract

High learning institution is an education place for all students who wanted to continue their studies. The function of this high learning institution is to give appropriate education for the students according to their choices of each individual course. The high learning institutions have offer education such as certificate level, diploma, bachelor, master and PHD. There are several High Learning Institutions in Malaysia namely, University Technology of Mara, University Malaya and University Putra Malaysia Accommodation building is important for the students at all universities especially for those who are far from the university. The accommodation building is a place for student to stay and to revive their lesson together with their friends. So the maintenance of this building is important for their safety and comfortable factor. The whole universities has many facility buildings such as the administration offices, lecturer rooms, workshop rooms, libraries, cafes, lab computer and security rooms and other facilities such as the mosque, fields, halls and garden area. All this facilities is an asset for the university and it should be in good condition.
